This is not by mankind. At least not fully and not yet. You are dealing with a spirit attack that has been warned about for 1,000’s of years in these books. Job literally warned about every bit of this:
Hearing static noises, scrambles or people talking on a radio when there is no radio anywhere and no source for the static at all.

You have to sit down and critically think about this. These people are not this advanced yet as far as remote neural mind control goes. Mydriasis, Strange pupil dilation which is a result of lust or adrenaline rushes.
Sudden vanity & immodesty
Strange & subtle yet painless vibrations in the chest or groin areas. Sort of feels like a Dremel tool or a mini jackhammer.
Sudden promiscuity
Seeing lights behind the eyes when the eyes are closed such as blue dots, green or white “floating auroras”, rainbow sparkles or scrambles, a single red or purple light right in the center of the vision.
Strange clicking and popping in the nasal cavity. Sometimes when you wake up from a heavy night of nonstop dreams you can hear and/or feel this.
